Pods
| Print |These are small member committees or individual members responsible for operational matters.
POD members are selected for their specific skills, or interest in developing skills. PODs may be ongoing, or instigated as needed and dissolved when tasks are completed.
Each pod has a Pod Head - a contact person in charge of reporting back to the committee on the progress of that pod.
POD groups meet once a month, or more as needed.
